ON ARRIVAL:
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please either use the Online Check-in system to note your arrival or on arrival please inform the receptionist of your arrival and the purpose of your appointment. Please then wait in reception/ waiting area until the Physiotherapist comes to collect you for your appointment.
For appointments after 5PM, the physiotherapist will come collect you from the side of the building, next to the roundabout.
